Both my web site and my email failed completely. Scott not only recovered both, but also set up Google Workspace correctly. Google may be able to design and provided good systems but their support and backup service is abysmal. The experience was a nightmare as I was unable to locate the host. I found the internet universe to be in a terrible state, with no phone numbers, or no one bothering to answer them. Or incorrect numbers listed on web sites. No one bothered to answer my email pleas for assistance. It needs a damn good cleanout, however, thanks to Scott knowing what he is doing, I was up and going again in a timely manner with nothing missing. He will be an excellent contact in future! With the help of Scott at WebWizards we set up Shopify for our two Cafes to get us online in Covid Level 3 with contactless payment, pick up and delivery.

Out of all ordering platforms we had set in place for our re open launch today Shopify was by far the best to use.

The site is easy to use for customers, no glitches or hiccups with ordering, orders came through easy to understand, the ability to notify our customers that their orders were ready to pick up or out for delivery with just the click of a button was a huge help.

The added bonus that with the order logs in place made transferring customer details for Government Contact Tracing purposes super easy.

Highly recommend! Thanks Scott for all of your help and expertise, it has been key to help us moving forward in this new way of operating our businesses.

Shopify for us here at Copperworkx has been a great change. We have a very small business my husband and I. Making copper art for customers coming off the street and selling on line can be very full on.

We decided to change from our old website to Shopify because:

1. It was time for a change, the old website was over 10 years and certainly didn't have the wow factor and every time we wanted to change anything on site, we had to contact our web provider to do this. Never could get hold of them, only through emails. Very frustrating.
2. With our old website we didn't seem to get the traffic the same. With our new website it is definitely different. It looks fantastic and the photo's seem to pop. I can keep a constant eye on things and change when needed.
3. Shopify seems to focus more on their customers, our business is small and so the emails we get from Shopify with tips on selling our wares have been terrific.
4. For little business like ourselves, we find the cost per month for Shopify is affordable

How do we feel about Shopify?
Lets just say we a very very happy that Shopify was recommended to us by WebWizards and we will continue to use it because it is certainly easy to work with.
